The whole procedure from start to finish was seamless. I needed my old satellite dish replaced, as I was upgrading to Sky Q, but due to it being above guttering level, Sky wouldn't entertain the installation. After speaking with a friendly lady called Becky, she arranged for Chris to attend who not only sorted my satellite dish replacement but also took down an old aerial on my neighbours chimney which was overhanging my property.
